• Do I need a prescription from a doctor?

Yes, prescription for any medication is a necessity.

• How do I send you my prescriptions?

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FAX THE PRESCRIPTION TO 1-417-441-3868

• How long does it take to process my prescription?

The prescription will be processed in as early as 24 hours as soon as we receive the prescription. After processing, it takes 8-10 days for the medication to be delivered at your place.

• Can I transfer my prescription to CODPBM.com from another pharmacy?

No, we will require an original requirement.

• How do I refill a prescription?

If your original prescription has refills left, you can simply request for a refill. If you run out of refills, we will require a new prescription.

• Is there a limit on how much of my prescription I can order?

We can fill a maximum of a 90 day supply of the prescription.

• Which forms of payment do you accept?

The drugs sold by CODPBM are manufactured in different countries as USA, Canada, India and many more.

No, we do not dispense Narcotics / Controlled drugs.

• Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship from different countries.

• What are your shipping rates?

We charge $25.00 for shipping per prescription.

• How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email each time your order is shipped and also an email with a tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number in the email to track your order.

• What is your refund policy?

You can call the customer service within 72 hours of recievin your medication and notify them with an issue. They will refund you on the credit card that has been used earlier.

• How do I cancel an order?

Call the customer service to cancel your order.
