• Does CODPBM.com sell prescription drugs?

Yes, we sell prescription drugs only.

• Where are the medications sold by CODPBM.com made?

The drugs sold by CODPBM are manufactured in different countries as USA, Canada,

India and many more.

• Do you dispense Narcotics/ controlled drugs?

No, we do not dispense Narcotics/ Controlled drugs.

• Do I need a prescription from a doctor?

Yes, prescription for any medication is a necessity.

• How do I send you my prescriptions?

You may send your prescription to us by direct uploading from your online account with us. Or by fax, email or mail. Specify toll free number, fax number and email address.

• How long does it take to process my prescription?

The prescription will be processed in as early as 24 hours as soon as we receive the prescription and payment. After processing, it takes 8-10 days for the medication to be delivered at your place.

• Can I transfer my prescription to CODPBM.com from another pharmacy?

No, we will require an original requirement.

• How do I refill a prescription?

If your original prescription has refills left, you can simply request for a refill. If you run out of refills, we will require a new prescription.

• Is there a limit on how much of my prescription I can order?

We can fill a maximum of a 90 day supply of the prescription.

• Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship from different countries.

• What are your shipping rates?

We charge 20.00$ shipping rate per prescription.

• Which forms of payment do you accept?

• How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email each time your order is shipped and also an email with a tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number in the email to track your order.

• What is your refund policy?

You can call the customer service within 72 hours of recievin your medication and notify them with an issue. They will refund you on the credit card that has been used earlier.

• How do I cancel an order?

Call the customer service to cancel your order.
